Escape from Alcatraz

Four brave Finish Strong athletes journeyed to San Francisco to participate in the Escape from Alcatraz race this past weekend - June 10.  Rodrigo Abascal, Steve Hardy, Kent Morris, and Mike Novelli took on the ridiculously challenging course.

Here are their overall results:
Rodrigo Abascal - 3:06:30 - 4th in his 17-19 AG!
Steve Hardy - 3:45:38 in 45-49 AG
Kent Morris - 3:03:36 - 17th in 50-54 AG
Mike Novelli - 2:57:31 - 5th in his AG!
