Spa Girl Triathlon
Finish Strong's Shannon Crowe came in 2nd overall in the Spa Girl Triathlon held on Saturday, May 11. Shannon reports, "This was a fun all ladies tri at the JWMariott in San
Antonio starting with a 400 yard swim in the lazy river AGAINST the
current.(they turned it off after the first 100 swimmers) 10 mile bike, 2 mile
run." Shannon's overall time was 1:01:27. Her splits were 10:29 swim; 32:40 bike (18.4 mph); 16:04 run (6:41/mi pace).
