Finish Strong's Travys Townson competed in the Exterra Magnolia Hill Off-road Triathlon. The race consisted of a 800m lake swim, 14 mile mountain bike and 4 mile trail run. Travys placed 2nd in his AG (35-39) and 11th overall. His overall time was 2:03:04. His splits were swim 18:32, T1 1:21, Bike 1:12:12, T2 0:47, Run 30:10.
Travys reports, "It was fun to ride the Mountain Bike for the first time in a long time.
I was a bit slow on the technical single track and the run on the
sandy section were tough."
