Kent Morris and his family raced the Y Freedom Tri on Sunday, July 1. Kent won his AG and came in 5th overall. He achieved a PR of over 4 minutes. His time was 57:16 winning by only .3 of a second!
This was also Kent's wife, Kathy’s first tri. After only training for 7 weeks, Kathy was 6th out of 9 in the Athenas Masters. Kent is so proud of her (so are we!)
Kent's19 yr old daughter Brianna was 4th in her AG
and his 17 yr old, Brittany was 5th in her AG.
Kent says, "It was great that my family is able to
race together. Part of it was done in a downpour." Congrats to the entire Morris family!
