Shadow Creek Ranch Triathlon

Finish Strong Racing triathletes competed at the Shadow Creek Ranch Triathlon in Pearland on Sunday, July 14.  This was a sprint distance 500 meter swim, 16.8 mile bike, 3.23 mile run.

Meril Moen on podium -- finishes 1st in his AG!

Ann Erickson won 1st in the female 70 and over time with a finishing time of 1:29:45.  (And her time would have placed her 3^rd in 50-54, and she beat all the other ladies over 50.)  Ann's splits were 11:26 swim, 47:02 bike (21.4 mph), and 27:02 run (8:22/mile).

Meril Moen won 1st in his 55-59 AG with a time of  1:19:11.  His splits were 11:30 swim, 40:38 bike, 24:44 run. 

Tommy Behe also had a nice race.  He finished in 1:17:52.  (9th in 35-39 AG). His splits were 8:55 swim, 42:59 bike and 24:16 run.

Vic Kaiser also competed and completed the race in 2:11:10.  Vic's splits were 13:15 swim, 56:50 bike, and 53:41 run.
