Finish Strong Racing's Linda Trinkle headed to Las Vegas to try her luck at the World Championships 70.3 Las Vegas. This was a tough comeback race since Linda's recovery from surgery for a broken collar bone. Linda finished in 6:15:14. Her splits were 51:28 swim, 2:54:55 bike, and 2:20:13 run.
Linda reports, "The course was so tough! I have never seen so many people walking, and a bunch of them are headed for Kona! People dropping out all day. It was ugly. After one loop of the run my mantra was... You will finish!" (And, of course, she did!)
